"Over the Red Light District" proposes urban redevelopment models for the Red Light District Amsterdam. A non conventional architectural vision on vertical mixed models, making use of the up till now vacant upper floors of brothels. This vision aims for conservation and enhancement of the vivacity of the neighborhood.

A large scale video mapping model of the Red Light District will be presented to demonstrate the urban research that was supported by the Stimuleringfonds voor Architectuur during 2009-2011, showing different location-based proposals of vertically mixing new creative programs with the existing brothels and windows.
